In your own words, what makes a good staff team?: to me I think a good staff member is someone who is kind respectful and fair but also someone who will call u on your shit when you fuck up and and deal with you accordingly and punish you not on how they feel is right but what the person who messed up deserves. I think a good staff member is also someone who helps the members on the server and is willing the help give ideas and solutions to problems on the ship and server.
